Order Order Confirmation Your order is approved when Meditea AB confirms it by sending an order confirmation to your specified email.
The order confirmation is sent automatically through our database without manual review. In case of any errors, such as pricing or delivery time, we reserve the right to correct this afterward. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact customer service at info@meditea.se.
Modify or Cancel Orders If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact customer service at info@meditea.se. Note that you must contact us shortly after placing your order if you wish to make changes or cancel it. We cannot guarantee that your order will be modified or canceled in time. If your package has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Fraud All fraud attempts will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase or perform additional checks if fraud is suspected, even if this results in an extended delivery time.
Age Limit The age limit for online purchases is 18 years. If you are under 18, parental approval is required.
Change Delivery Information Unfortunately, delivery details cannot be changed for an order that has already been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, it is possible to change, for instance, the address or name. Contact customer service at info@meditea.se for your request.
Delivery Shipping Your package will be automatically shipped using either DHL or Postnord to the nearest service point based on your postal code. The delivery time is usually 10-20 business days. If there are any issues with your product or questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service.
Returns For returns, always ask the delivery agent for a tracking number for the package you are returning, as proof is required in case the package gets lost during transit. Without proof of your return, we will not be able to process a refund.
Delayed Delivery In case of delayed delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. We reserve the right to delays in delivery. No compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries. After placing an order at www.meditea.se, you agree to monitor your email, as all communication regarding your order will primarily be done via email.
Unclaimed Packages Packages sent to a service point will remain there for 14 days after arrival. If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to Meditea AB. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and administration costs in accordance with Section 41 of the Consumer Purchase Act. A minimum fee of SEK 199 will be charged for unclaimed packages.
Force Majeure Meditea AB reserves the right to extend delivery times in cases of operational errors, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays within freight companies' distribution networks, as well as other unforeseen events beyond Meditea AB's control.
Open Purchase and Complaints Open Purchase and Right of Withdrawal Meditea AB always offers 30 days of open purchase and the right of withdrawal. This applies provided that the product and packaging are in unchanged condition, with all labels/tags intact, i.e., unused and not damaged or destroyed. Products sold at a reduced price due to a short expiration date are not included in the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded. You do not pay anything extra for exercising the right of return or open purchase.
When exercising the open purchase or the right of withdrawal, only the price of the product will be refunded. The refund will be deposited into the account or card you used for your purchase or as store credit at www.meditea.se.
Complaints If you find a defect in your product and wish to make a complaint, always contact our customer service directly via email. Please send an email with your order number, pictures of the defective product, and a description of the issue so we can assist you. A complaint without proof in the form of pictures will not be accepted, so do not dispose of the product until you receive a response regarding your complaint.
Warranty The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. If you are dissatisfied with your product, feel free to email us at info@meditea.se, and we will help you find a good solution.
Taste Guarantee We do not offer a taste guarantee for our products, as taste perception can vary significantly between individuals. However, if you find a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service at info@meditea.se.
Payment Payment Methods Since we provide card payment as a payment solution, the terms of the respective card provider apply. Please contact your card provider for questions regarding payment.
Prices All prices on our website are shown inclusive of VAT.
Discount Codes All discount codes have different conditions and are valid for a limited period. It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes.
Publishing Errors In case of incorrect prices or other text errors in newsletters or on our website, we reserve the right to correct prices and texts afterward. We also reserve the right to price adjustments such as changes in supplier pricing, exchange rate fluctuations, shipping costs, stock availability, and technical errors on www.meditea.se.
